How many days in advance should I book?

Walk in’s always welcome, you can book as far in advance as you like but be aware of busy periods like Friday and Saturday evenings.

How many people can you host?

We hold a maximum of 221 People but you can book a private space from 30 people up to 200! Contact us for a range of booking options.

Do you host Business Events?

YES! Private areas, private hire, networking events, meetings, mixers and so much more! 

How do I check availability?

You can check live availability instantly via our booking page. If you can’t find what you’re looking for or have a specific request, you’re welcome to contact us directly and our team will be happy to help.

Do I have to be Over 18 to come in?

No! Children and young people are welcome before the hours of 9pm Sunday – Thursday and 8pm Friday & Saturday! After this you will need a Valid photographic ID to enter the venue. We operate a challenge 25 Policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard bookings for drinks, dining or casual visits can be cancelled at any time free of charge.

Brunch bookings, parties, events and certain group reservations require a deposit or prepayment. These bookings are subject to a cancellation policy and fees, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, deposits or prepayments are required for brunch bookings, parties, events and larger group reservations. Full details will always be confirmed with you by the venue when your booking is made.

Can I change my booking after confirming?

Yes, we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes. However, this depends on notice given and availability at the time, so adjustments cannot always be guaranteed.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Currently the venue is not wheelchair accessible due to the building’s independent status and structural limitations. We are actively exploring solutions and improvements for the future.

Do you have outdoor space?

Yes, we offer outdoor seating so you can enjoy the atmosphere of the city centre while you relax with food or drinks.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we provide superfast fibre Wi-Fi, ideal for meetings, working remotely or staying connected while you visit.

How long is the brunch sitting?

Each brunch booking includes a dedicated time slot (usually 2 hours from your reserved time). Your exact duration will always be confirmed when booking.

Do I need to pre-book brunch?

Yes, brunch is pre-book only. We recommend booking early as our themed brunches and popular dates often sell out in advance.

Is there a deposit for brunch?

Yes. Brunch bookings require a deposit or full prepayment to secure your table. This will be clearly shown during booking and confirmed by our team.

Can I cancel my brunch booking?

Brunch bookings are subject to our deposit and cancellation policy. Depending on notice given, cancellation fees may apply. Full terms are provided at the time of booking.

Do you offer alcohol-free brunch options?

Yes, we offer alcohol-free brunch packages for guests who prefer non-alcoholic options, these are priced at £29.95. When booking please leave a note/request to inform us of this. 

What drinks are included?

Our brunch menu includes a wide selection of cocktails, wines, prosecco, beers, spirits, soft drinks and alcohol-free options. Full menus are available to view before booking so you know exactly what to expect.

Do all guests need to take part in brunch?

Yes, brunch packages apply to all guests seated at the table. This helps us manage service quality, fairness and licensing requirements.

Can I choose a theme?

We regularly host themed brunches such as throwback decades, pop culture themes and music-inspired events. Upcoming themes are announced on our website and social channels, and you can book directly onto the one you want.

What happens if we arrive late?

We’ll always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but your brunch time runs from your original booking slot and may not be extendable if you arrive late.

Is food included?

Yes, all brunch packages include food options alongside drinks. Menu choices are shown during booking and on our website so you can plan ahead.
